Answer Multi-phone lines, Book Reservations & provide customers with information on products and services offered by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters, Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines, and Grand Canyon Coaches. Follow-up with 24/hr confirmation calls to passengers. Monitor dept email for passenger inquiries. Check-in passengers (when needed) Collect passenger and agency Money, make deposit for BRINKS pick-up. Assist in Gift Shop with Photo and Merchandise Sales.
High school diploma or equivalent

Good communication skills, computer knowledge, friendly & professional, able to multi-task, understand excellent customer service.
