Job Duties

Welcoming guests, providing friendly and efficient customer service help and checking-in international passengers for airplane and helicopter tours, upgrading sales, answering phones, taking care of emails and reservation requests, boarding passengers, preparing refunds, money handling

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Licenses and Certifications

CPR, Driver’s License and Medical Health Card are a plus, but not required

Technical Skills

Basic Computer Skills required, MS Office

Requirements and Experience

Friendly and outgoing attitude with good communication skills. Must be willing to learn and be a team player. Foreign language skills are a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, be motivated, reliable and punctual. Must have excellent people skills. Flexibility with work schedule and must be able to work on weekdays and weekends.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
