Job Duties
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and guests. Verify manifest. Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes. Provide information and instructions. Collect passenger data. Process credit card and cash payments. Answer phones, respond to confirmations, and email correspondence. Make passenger announcements. Coordinate passenger updates.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses and Certifications
Valid Driver’s License
Technical Skills
Basic computer knowledge, typing, phones, copy machine, fax, email. Excellent communication skills.
Requirements and Experience
Previous customer service experience is helpful.
