Job Duties

Answer inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service and knowledgable product information for products provided by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters & Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines. Book and/or confirm products and services provided by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters & Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines, route calls to appropriate resource. Maintain Sales and call volume goals.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Technical Skills

Basic to intermediate computer skills

Requirements and Experience

Professional phone demeanor and excellent communications skills. Preferred previous reservations and sales experience. *This is a 7-day operation, this position requires working weekends, including Sundays, holidays and evenings.*

Other

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a valid Nevada Driver's License. Must be able to work in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must me motivated to meet goals and be dependable.
