Job Duties
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees the routine repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency response for our office buildings and employee housing units. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining building systems - HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general facility maintenance. This position is responsible for maintaining safe conditions at all of our facility and housing locations. Will supervise a small facilities maintenance staff.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills
Certification in electrical, plumbing or HVAC preferred, Microsoft Office
Requirements and Experience
Minimum 3 years industry experience.
Other
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance. Ability to walk, stand for prolonged periods of time, work in confined spaces, Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time, be able to bend stoop, push, climb and stand for prolonged periods of time.
